The checklist blocks the job, not just reminds you

Every job card carries a checklist, labour lines and parts lines, and a technician works through it on the mobile app on their own phone. A job cannot move to ready-for-collection or completed while a checklist task is still outstanding: the app and the back office both enforce it, so the missed task that used to go out the door does not any more.

• Every technician gets the mobile app included; it is not a paid add-on per seat.
• Pre-work and post-work checklist phases, so a check done before the job starts is not lost among the checks done after.
• A job stuck on an outstanding task shows it on the board and blocks the move to ready-for-collection or completed.
• Labour and parts logged on the job card carry straight through to the invoice.
